Click and drag on the circle to move its position around the playing field. There will be pixels bouncing around the area, and off to the corner is a goal area. Move the circle around and use it like a bumper to nudge the pixels in different directions, with your end goal being to get all of them into the goal. Get them all in there and you move on to the next level where things will become increasingly more difficult.
