In the game of High Invasion, you play as the commander of an anti air defense station. There will be many tough battles to face, but at least the odds are almost even with you having control over flak cannons. There will be enemy balloons that approach in huge numbers... they're here to take out your defenses and raid your country! No way in hell that you can allow that, so destroy every balloon that comes through! If your main flak cannon gets destroyed, however, the battle is lost - don't let that happen! As you shoot down the invading enemies, you will gain prestige points that can be spent on useful things such as air raids and defense structures. The final amount of presitge at the end of a battle will become your score for that level. There's various bulidings that you can place to aid you in battle, though they each carry their own pros and cons. You also are able to request three types of air raids, though you will want to use these wisely because each call you make will mean the next call you make is all that much more expensive. Aim your flak cannons by using your mouse, holding down the left button to fire. Click on the icons on screen to call in an air raid or place defenses. A quicker way to do this with your keyboard is using 1, 2, and 3 for air raids, and 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will place different buildings. You are able to select your next battle from the map screen - win more battles and you will unlock further missions. Scrolling the map can be done by moving to the left or right side of the screen. You have the ability to fight the same battles over again in order to attempt for a higher score. Should your total score (made of up the sume of all best scores of all levels completed) get to a high enough amount, you will level up. Each level will earn you commander points usable to purchase upgrades. You are able to upgrade your main flak cannon, gain access to different types of buildings and air raids, and upgrade general attributes as well such as building speed and prestige gain. After battle you have a chance of being awarded badges for your performance and for the progress in your entire war career. The badges screen is accessible from the map, and in there you can review statistics and your present level progress. Saving your game is also an option after battle, and the content of the games auto save slot will be updated after each victory in battle. Now is your time to shine Commander, give the enemy hell!
